If you require parametric modeling, you won't be able to do that in. If all you're doing is direct modeling, Shapr3D is hands-down the better product.

Fill properties (name, code, quantities) and your hardware is ready to be used. I'm completely ignoring Fusion 360 at this point because the workflow with Shapr3D on my 11' iPad Pro is just too good, even though Fusion 360 can be a more comprehensive product in various ways. If a port for iOS would be available, Autodesk would definitely change the way of modeling for the future.

The pro Series of the iPad has enough power to easily handle this type of applications. The App Shapr3D runs on the iPad Pro smooth as butter.
